Join us for Prologue's 2010 - 2011 Season

Nudes:

Women in art

Throughout history, few women have been allowed a place in the world’s most famous galleries. This season, Prologue will put women’s artistic ability on display as we explore the stories of female visual artists from the past and connect you to Chicago’s thriving art community.

We begin this fall.

 Dream of a Common Language

by Heather McDonald

Oracle Theater, 3809 N. Broadway, Chicago

This lyrical and heart-rending drama draws a picture of a dream deferred in an artist and her friends in 1870s France who are barred from participating in the planning of the first Impressionist exhibition.

Check back soon for more information about the rest of Prologue's 2010-2011 season.
